My name is Harry A. Gaylord. I am a believer in Jesus Christ who has been saved for about 30 years. Although I am not a Bible scholar, God has revealed many things to me in his word, the Bible, and I’m here to share a few of them. I am striving to be all God would want me to be, but like every other Christian, I am still fallible. My prayer is that this website will bless you in some way.
The following statements are my basic Christian beliefs:
There is only one true and living God who is the same God in both the Old and New Testaments (Isaiah 45:22; Eph. 4:5,6).
God, who is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent, created the heavens and the earth in six 24-hour days (Genesis 1).
The word of God, as recorded in the Textus Receptus and manuscripts that support it, is a true account of events from Genesis to Revelation. Therefore, true believers can place total trust in what it says and should look to God’s word for guidance in how we should conduct ourselves individually, corporately, publicly, and privately.
God manifests himself in three persons–the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit–and these three are one (1 John 5:7).
All human beings are sinful from the moment of conception–a trait we inherited from the first man, Adam, and the first woman, Eve.
Because of our sinful nature, we are in need of salvation from our sins since it is our inherent wickedness that keeps us separated from God.
Jesus Christ is God who appeared in the form of a man by birth to a virgin named Mary. This Jesus of Nazareth was conceived in Mary by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, this Jesus, who is Christ (the Messiah, the anointed one) was without a sinful nature (2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 4:14, 15).
Jesus Christ is the only way to get to God, for he said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh to the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6).
Jesus was crucified to death, laid in a tomb, and rose from the dead on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3, 4).
Jesus came to earth from heaven to die for our sins so we could be saved from our sins by believing in him (1 Corinthians 15:3). We are saved by grace (unmerited favor) through faith in Christ, not by works such as baptism, communion, or any other good work (Ephesians 2:8, 9). Good works are a result of our salvation, not a means to obtain it or keep it.

As I was reading Rev. 4:3; I came to the words Jasper, Sardine, Emerald stone. I was wanting to understand John’s use of these three stones, so I googled the three words and ended up here. I thank the heavenly Father by His Spirit directing my thoughts and heart bringing me here to show me the glory of Christ.

Hello Harry,
I read some of your topics here and am blessed by some of your words and wisdom in some of the topics.
My brother and I just came out of an institutional church of 15yrs. We tithed and gave to bldg pograms and offerings. We now believe more in early church set up, small groups, more family oriented rather than a big church controlled by a pastor with a vision.
Anyway, our pastor is banning us from the church, he does not want us to mingle with all our old friends, etc, due to that it might “confuse” them. He is trying to protect his sheep type of thing. We don’t even care to go anymore, that is not the point. But just the fact he telling us to stay away, etc.
Anyway, we both gave combined in 15 yrs all tithe and bldg prog and offerings over $250k.
We now feel we want to ask for “some” of the money back, especially bldg prgrams and some tithes, since we dont believe in the tithe anymore.
What is your opinion on this? As far as I’m concerned, we gave into something we now no longer believe in, and they used it for their own materialism, and building their kingdom, and going on vacations.
I want to watch against coveteousness. but dont you think we deserve at least some of the $ back. At least the bldg program offerings which amount to about $100k alone?
Also, the fact he is saying we are not allowed there. My view is, then I have a stake in “your” church, so give me my money back!

I believe it’s a lost cause asking for the money back.
Not even a civil court would take your case since there was not a signed contract or at least a verbal agreement.
Be thankful that the greedy pastor didn’t scam you out of more money with some ” tug at your heart strings ” cause or ” for God ” noble program scam.

The assistant pastor was falling asleep while I was talking to him and at the end he told me ” YOUR NOT A PRIORTIY, YOU A MAN, SO YOUR NOT A PRIORITY , WE GOT FAMILIES WITH WOMEN AND KIDS TO HELP “…….
I tithed for years to that very church before I asked for help.
Anyway I do believe that the remnant of Christ’s true church is the model of what the early church was.
I reject the Newer bible translations that come out of the corrupted Alexandria Codex text, Texus Vadicanus, Westcott & Hort.

I don’t always agree with everything Jim Brown says….he believes in dogmatic tithing…
The body of Christ surely has been corrupted by the Newer bible translations like the ; NIV , ASB, NASB so on and so on.
I rely on the King James and the Geneva Bibles or rather the Texus Receptus.
Any church that has embraced the Newer bible translations and the New Age teachings, and have embraced the LGBT movement are ” APOSTATE CHURCHES “…..

Don’t ask for your money back. Let God deal with your former church in the way he sees fit. God is able to provide much more for you to replace what you think you wasted on your former church. Suffer the wrong and thank God you have been delivered out of the midst of people who didn’t have a genuine love for you or God. I’ve been in a similar situation before and once I left I was so happy God had revealed his truth to me that I wasn’t even thinking about the money. Maybe you should read 1 Corinthians 6:1-8 and gather what wisdom you can from it. I know what they did hurt you deeply, but forgive them and look forward to what God has for you in the future.

Great answer, I’ve been through the same thing, as well, I had to fast and pray so God can heal me, bitterness can keep us far from God, we got a purpose that greater than the suffering we have experience. To be honest I am still seeking God for understanding of tithes, I am a giver, but I’m just seeking Him on the God way

i admire what you are doing. i dont know your situation or enimies you had. i myself had many but god helped me also in many many ways. i was saved by his grace probley a thousand times. i have a web site that i will change more. i plan to expand. i would and will at times add growth in christ and give praise to him. i am not a recent convert. i was saved early in life but years later had fallen destroyed. it was probley the best thing to ever happen to me. if i hadnt i would never have gone back into christ and have future plans to do outreach ministies. i belive i was called to do this and have the time. he has given me many talents and want to use them to serve him. any way coming from yet another brother in christ ,keep doing what you are doing ,and in that day of his return him say well done my servant

Glad I found your site! It’s amazing what God can do, if we only let Him isn’t it? Praise God that you’re able to share your testimony and hopefully make someone ‘think’. If all we do is make one person think, then we’ve done our job! Hopefully we make more than just one feel the urge to seek Him … but I feel even if it’s one….it’s better than none.

If you have read even a single post of Bro Eli, more so, when you read it all, those posts are enough proof, even the verse below, that Bro Eli is concerned for our salvation and is warning as too of the danger/peril that a false teacher can lead us to. God has given all believers in Christ the Holy Spirit to understand the scriptures. I don’t know who Eli Soriano is. God gives us brothers in Christ to help us if we need it, but we should not base our trust or complete understanding of the scriptures based on what a man says. They are nothing more than the planters and waterers in God’s kingdom, who are nothing. It is God who supplies us with spiritual increase who is the important one in our spiritual growth. We have to know Christ and his word for ourselves as the Holy Spirit leads us. That’s one way we work out our own salvation.

If we are to follow your line of reasoning, then, you are just contradicting yourself. I don’t even know you too. But then again, we learn to know who are our brothers are in the Church of God, by way of how they analyze and thinkm, always regarding the word of truth found in the Holy Scriptures.
If you really know Jesus Christ, you should cleave to the Church of God as preached by St Paul. How do we cleave to the Church of God mentioned in the Holy Scriptures? By following all the commandements that Jesus Christ, from the Father, has given to the Apostles. I mean all. And how do we know that we are able to follow all the commandments? By listening to you? Of course, there is a person God sends in every era, when needed, to send the message. And I believe as well as what the bible imparts that since all the things needed for the salvation of men has been written already, there is a need for a man to interpret the writings, not by his own explanations, but by the help of the Holy Ghost with proofs coming from the scripture. You are able to distinguish who tells that truth when you hear from him that there are no conflicting teachings from one topic to another.
We are gentiles, and cleaving to the vine gives us the right of salvation. Now, if you say that you are saved, then tell us from where? Because saying that you are saved has it’s implications. Haven’t you noticed waht become to people nowadays, specifically to those who claim that they are christians and are saved but their works prove otherwise because they do the opposite of good? It is called hypocrisy because of that satanic claim that “once saved always saved.” If this is your claim that you herald to the world, then you are doing what is contrary to what St Paul said, work out your own salvation. If you claim that you are saved already, then don’t help the poor; don’t attend the worship services; don’tsing praises to God anymore, because you are saved already.
But this is not we are supposed to shout to the world. We need to clarify the different things that at man should be saved from.
Just read again your last comment and you will find out the conflict of your reasoning. But I am not telling you this to offend you, because if you are offended, then you will not be able to see the light that this comment imparts. This is just another way of analyzing, that one that the bible teaches us, even the spirit.
Since, you indirectly impart that you have received and known the word, then it’s time to test what you know if you are correctly dividing the word of Truth. It is also commanded to test the spirit right?

When I stated I don’t know Eli Soriano, it was a statement of fact. I made my comment above because you’re implying that I must consult him to find the truth when I don’t have to. It is also not mandatory for someone to consult me to realize the truth either.
I haven’t contradicted myself. You misunderstand what I say because the Church of God International, of which you belong, is a cultish organization and they seem to have clouded your understanding of scripture. If you are saved, read God’s word for yourself and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you into the truth. Stop relying so much on what a man or a religious organization dictates to you. The Bereans only believed what Paul said after they searched the scriptures for themselves to verify what he preached. We should do the same.

Greetings, I’m new to this site, and I have found it to already be such a blessing. I am 19 year old guy, for those who are curious. Last New Years, I made it my goal to read the entire Bible all the way through. I’m happy to say that when the last day of December arrives, I will have read the entire Bible, just as I had planned! I praise God for helping me with this goal, because it was not a simple task to complete. Many times I had to read extra chapters certain nights because I had missed reading the day before, and so forth. Now I’ve gotten to the point where if I don’t read the Bible, I actually feel like I’m having “Bible-withdrawl” symptoms. I just don’t feel right anymore until I read.
I hope this doesn’t offend anyone, but I will go ahead and say that I have been raised in a Pentacostal Church setting all my life. Anyways…
Harry, regarding the above two statements, between you and Elman, I have a small comment to make:
I can see Elman’s point regarding the “once saved always saved” comment. In my church, there is a huge emphasis to follow the Lord’s commandments to the best of our abilities. Sadly, I have noticed often in school, my peers followed suit with the world’s beliefs, rather than what the scripture tells us to do. When I would see them do something extremely sinful (as most kids and teens are prone to do these days), I asked them if they were Christians. Of course, most replied that they were Christians, and named their church background (most said they were Baptists, which is the most popular denomination in my rural town).
The most common argument they would use to defend their actions was “once saved always saved”. This alarmed me greatly, because I realized that my peers acted as if their salvation given to them by Jesus Christ was nothing more than a license to sin. Don’t get me wrong, I am far from being perfect myself, and I was in no position to judge them. However, I think a lot of people my age these days need to realize that when they accept Jesus into their hearts as their Lord and Savior, they should be more than willing to repent and turn away from their old sins.
I can safely say that I am a perfectionist (Valedictorian in High School; I give God all the glory for that acheivement. He is so good, and I can’t thank him enough for His blessings). And that being said, there’s nothing wrong with striving towards perfection. For instance, when I tell people that I’ve never said a single curse word in my life (except in Kindergarden, and that was because I didn’t know that they were wrong to use), their jaw usually drops in disbelief. When I stub my toe, or become angry, I don’t even think a curse word in my mind. One of the main reasons I try my best not to sin, is because of a healthy dose of fearing the Lord. When I say “fearing the Lord”, I don’t mean trembling in fear every moment of my life because I think He will destroy me in His wrath for angering Him. I mean it as in loving the Lord so that you follow his commandments to the best of your ability. Also, to fear the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom, a definate plus.
Anyways, to summarize my argument: Yes, I am a firm believer that our salvation is Garenteed — but always remember why you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior… our sins are washed away, and we have eternal life in heaven –> Plus, we are to let the Holy Spirit begin changing the desires of our heart and mind, so that we turn away from our past sins, and begin living the fruitful life Jesus always wanted us to live.
Hallelujah to the Son of God, Jesus Christ. He is King of kings and Lord of lords, worthy of every praise! I pray that God blesses each of you this Christmas season! Happy New Years as well!

I can understand your concern about the hypocrites you come in contact with. I feel the same way about the excuses they make, but on the other hand I have at times been hypocritical myself. All of us Christians have two natures battling inside of us for dominance. We will all struggle until we either die and go to heaven or receive our resurrected bodies when Christ takes us from the Earth, whichever comes first.
It’s great that you are striving for perfection as we all should, but there is one very seemingly innocent sin that can sneak up on us that we have to be careful about when we do good. It’s the sin of ungodly pride that tells us in the back of our minds that we are better than other people around us who aren’t striving in the same way we are. That’s why he that thinketh he standeth should take heed lest he fall.
Even Peter the apostle who was a great man of God and filled with the Holy Ghost gave in to hypocrisy and sinned out of his fear for the Jews and Paul had to rebuke him for it as he stated in Galatians 2. Did that mean he lost his salvation? I think not. The belief that a lot of Pentecostal denominations have about losing our salvation if we sin is basically a works-based salvation when you really break it down. How much sin does it take to lose one’s salvation? If we commit a sin that we aren’t aware of, does God strip us of salvation at the moment we commit it?
We as sinful creatures aren’t always 100% of the time conscious of every little sin we commit. This is why the argument for loss of salvation doesn’t add up. I could go on and on about this subject but I won’t.
In closing, I’ve attended all types of churches from liberal Baptist to conservative Pentecostal, from those who believe in eternal security to those who believe you can lose your salvation. And I have seen plenty of hypocrites in all of them. The ones who promote loss of salvation were involved in some of the same exact sins as those who preached their liberal theology–fornication, drugs, homosexuality, adultery–you name it, they were doing it from pastors to elders to deacons to the average pew-sitters.

Ah, very good reply Harry, and I agree with it. Perhaps I needed to make some obvious clarifications to my statements above.
1.) Salvation is Garenteed, always… though, I think I stated that already.. I’m positive I did, heh.
2.) The main point of the argument is this: when faced with a situation that you have an obvious black and white choice of choosing to do what’s right or what’s wrong, you should always strive to do what’s right. Of course, not everyone chooses what is right, even those well-founded in the Word of God.
3.) One of my biggest fears is pride, to be precise. Pride is something not to be taken lightly. What happened to the Titanic is a prime example of why we should strive not to have pride: the statement was foolishly made by many of the people who were on the ship that “not even God could sink it”. Well, He did. Oh… I’d just like to say that for the most part, I’ve never had much trouble with pride. (The keyword there was ‘much’. I do still have -some- trouble with it.) Whenever I do bring up my acomplishments, I always give full credit to God. It works as a Testimony for me to use, since… I’ve avoided specific sins that people commit. When I hear testimonies made by individuals who came out of drug addictions, fornifications, etc, I notice just how awe-inspiring the testimony is because of how God brought them out of it. I’m still very young, and there’s really not been a tribulation I’ve had to face yet… so the best I can do for now is just tell how God has blessed me.. and encourage people to trust God, no matter their situation. I also have a small psychological problem (I guess you’d call it that) where I tend to put myself down a lot.. or beat myself up over specific things that others wouldn’t give a second thought about, but that’s for another time to discuss.
4.) Yes, the Hypocrisy is out there, I know. Yes, we all tend to be hypocrites, that is for certain. But that shouldn’t stop us from speaking out when we discover hypocrisy in our Churches. It’s best to shine a light on all discovered evil so that it may be exterminated (of course, that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be forgiving towards the individual).
5.) I’ve only been to one Church that was apart of an organization before: The Church of God. Me and my family ended up moving to a seperate, and smaller pentacostal Church. Out of all of these types of churches I have been to, I’ve yet to hear a message on someone losing their salvation. This isn’t to say that some of these churches in other parts of the country don’t preach that way, but it hasn’t occurred in the churches I’ve been to. In fact, there have been sermons where I heard that doubting in your salvation (after you’ve accepted Jesus Christ) was a ploy of Satan… hmm…

Most of the scriptures you quote I remember reading, but I never really thought much about them in the way you used them. I hope that each year I read the Bible all the way through, I keep learning more and more that was not brought to my attention in previous readings. One of my goals is to actually memorize the entire scripture (king James Version). This will be an extremely hard task to complete, but I know it will be a huge blessing to have God’s word written down in the tablets of my heart… or mind in this case? Heh, anyways… I really appreciate what your doing with this site. I hope I can contribute as well in the future (esspecially after I become more experienced).

Your opinion that I’m immature and closed minded is merely your opinion based on the fact that you don’t believe in the Lord Jesus Christ who is THE way, THE truth, and THE life. There are no other true gods apart from the God who is Jehovah mentioned in the Bible who has revealed himself as being the Father, the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Ghost.
In my article about Hinduism, I spoke the truth in love as God commands all Christians to do. I have thoroughly researched all religions I speak against on my blog with the hope that someone who is in bondage to the lies of false religions will see the true light that comes from heaven in the person of Jesus Christ. You think I made a fool of myself only because the preaching of the cross of Jesus Christ is foolishness to those that perish (i.e. those who are on the path to hell) but to those of us who are saved, this preaching is the power of God. The one true God has called on all men everywhere to repent of their dead works, including all idolatrous practices, and to serve only him.
Instead of having your so-called “positive outlook”, I choose to have a realistic and Biblical outlook. Positive outlooks may have good intentions, but as the old cliche goes, the road to hell is paved with good intentions and that’s not the road I want to be on. I already understand the Bible thoroughly, but I don’t claim to know everything. And apparently, based on your comment, neither do you.

I am muslim and I have never seen things that you mention about racism. the simplest thing is Mohamad was the person who set black people free and called human beings are all same and there is not difference because of race, gender for God. The first person in mecca who sang call for pray was a black guy( balal habashi from etiupia).
Besides I believe religions are made for creating love instead of hate however I can not see it in ur website unfortunately.

Mohammed did not set black people free. He owned black African slaves and it was his Arab followers that encouraged the slave trade on the continent of Africa which was later continued by Europeans.
Everyone has the freedom to choose their god, even if it isn’t the true God, but I’m not going to stop speaking out against false religions like Islam that keeps people in spiritual bondage just because men or women are offended by it. I’m not against anyone’s race. I am relating the historical facts. I haven’t called anyone names, I’ve just given descriptions of the type of mentalities those who oppose the true gospel have.

Hi, I just wanted to say that its possible that all of Rome will not have to be destroyed. Vatican City is recognized as a “City”. So the Bible might be saying he just blows the Catholic Church leaders up in there little city. I just can’t picture all of Rome being blown up as a revived Roman Empire would need Rome as symbolism of who they are.
Take a look at the Prince of Asturias Felipe “the Handsome Prince”. The Bible points to him as the Man of Sin. Hes a descendant of the Julio-Claudian dynasty and the bible says the son of perdition is a descendant of these Caesers.

Thanks for your comment. You make a good point about Vatican City. However, Revelation 18 talks about merchants weeping over the city because they will no longer be able to go to the city to buy all types of goods to sell on the world market. It lists all the merchandise that is sold to merchants in the city. Based on this description, it would have to be the whole city of Rome that burns since Vatican City itself is not a trade center.
The Bible doesn’t necessarily point to the prince of Asturias as the man of sin. The Bible never points to a specific descendant of the caesars as the Antichrist. No one will know who the Antichrist is until he appears in the temple of God to exalt himself as God, according to 2 Thessalonians 2:1-8. I don’t believe it’s wise to try to point out a specific individual as being the Antichrist because no one except God at this time really knows who he will be. There are many antichrists roaming the world, but we don’t know who the Antichrist is.
As for the email question, I’ve elected not to make anyone submit their email if they choose not to. As far as I know, email addresses are not displayed, only a person’s submitted website address shows when you mouseover their name when they comment.

I know about Hinduism well enough to know it is a false religion and studying your suggested book won’t change that. As I’ve said before on my blog, Hindus claim they believe in one god, but also claim there are many deities as if the two ideas are separate or different. By making the statement that there is one god but several deities, Hindus contradict themselves. “Deity” is another word for “god”, so when Hindus say there are many deities, it is the same as saying there are many gods. For some reason, they don’t understand this.
The God of the Bible–Jehovah, or Yahweh–is in no way, shape, or form the same as Allah or Krishna. Maybe you should read the Bible and compare it with the Koran and Hindu scripture. These gods don’t have the same character as Jehovah and are impersonal and indifferent toward their followers whereas Jehovah is very personal and has an ongoing relationship with his followers, having two-way communication with believers as individuals and as a group.
A guru is not just simply a teacher according to Hindu doctrine. They promote themselves as demigods, being a step above humans. Although Christianity has religious leaders who try to promote themselves in the same way, the true doctrines of the Bible teach that no pastor/preacher/teacher is superior to anyone else in God’s church.

The Bible was inspired by God, who chose men to be his secretaries and to write down what he told them to write. The Bible is full of actual events that happened in ancient times and several archaeological findings from ancient times have shown that the Bible recorded events accurately. They are not fables and can be taken literally in many cases, while in other cases God uses figurative language to give us his message–the book of Revelation being a perfect example. Man is fallible, but God’s word is inerrant. God has shown time and time again that he can use imperfect man to bring about his perfect will and the Bible is just one example of that. But since your heart is hardened against God, you are blinded to his truth and to his accomplishments.

One does not have to be a Bible scholar in order to know that the Bible is profitable for correction or to respond to that correction when the God’s word reveals that we need correcting.
But, as the saying goes, one has to take off their own shoes before they can take a walk in someone else’s moccasins, and similarly, when it comes to a case of The Bible vs. Tradition, one has to be willing to let go of the traditions of men in order to see the truth that is hidden in plain sight in the text of scripture.

One of my biggest fears is pride, to be precise. Pride is something not to be taken lightly. What happened to the Titanic is a prime example of why we should strive not to have pride: the statement was foolishly made by many of the people who were on the ship that “not even God could sink it”. Well, He did. Oh… I’d just like to say that for the most part, I’ve never had much trouble with pride. (The keyword there was ‘much’. I do still have -some- trouble with it.) Whenever I do bring up my acomplishments, I always give full credit to God. It works as a Testimony for me to use, since… I’ve avoided specific sins that people commit. When I hear testimonies made by individuals who came out of drug addictions, fornifications, etc, I notice just how awe-inspiring the testimony is because of how God brought them out of it. I’m still very young, and there’s really not been a tribulation I’ve had to face yet… so the best I can do for now is just tell how God has blessed me.. and encourage people to trust God, no matter their situation. I also have a small psychological problem (I guess you’d call it that) where I tend to put myself down a lot.. or beat myself up over specific things that others wouldn’t give a second thought about, but that’s for another time to discuss.

Researched today & came across your view of “little lower than angels”. I read a bit more & “liked” you on FB. Suppose my situation is akin to your own, as I’ve been part of the laity. Born again since March 30, 1976 – then attended Bible seminary for 3-1/2yrs -long story short, over the years & different cities & churches – I’m “glad” of my naivety & love in the beginning – cause my learning curve would have been joined with a degree of heady “book learning” & believe me… the inept humility paid off.
Yet, I don’t get “church” anymore – understand relationship & depth in the word… yet a lot of the latest & greatest “so called” revelations – have no bases in the word… unless as many do – try & justify with a “Hebrew” or “Greek” version. Its all Greek to me… LOL… & Jesus (me thinks)! I love God & dislike some of the interpretations &/or exagerations promoted for gain. Hope you hear me! Thanks & hope you don’t mind my diatribe.

Hinduism, considers the cow and the monkey to be God. How wierder can it get? Islam, says that if you kill an unbeliever, Allah will give you 66 virgins in Janat (read “Blood of the Lambs by Kamal Saleem”).

No I did not admit that I don’t have enough knowledge of the Bible. That’s just your misinterpretation of my words based on the fact that something I’ve said upsets you to the point of your wanting to tear down what I say. You accuse me of “conflicting information” but don’t give an example.
In my posts I give plenty of Bible verses and sources to back up what I say so your accusation that I don’t know what I’m talking about is unfounded. I’ve studied the Bible thoroughly and one doesn’t need to be a “Bible scholar” to know what the Bible is saying. The Holy Spirit leads those who are humble enough to listen into all truth.
Just because I make mistakes doesn’t automatically mean the truth I speak here must be dismissed. You are also fallible. Even Paul the apostle admitted he had not apprehended perfection in Philippians 3 and was pressing toward the mark. All of the Bible writers were fallible, but the word of God they wrote down isn’t. Just because the writers were fallible doesn’t mean we dismiss the Bible as untrue. So your criticism is off-base.

I am a christian from an indian christian family, and have been trying to reach out to my hindu brothers and sisters and my efforts have been so weak compared to yours. Due to the vastness of the Hindu text, and thousands of different sects and followers of the native religion of India, i find it at times extremely hard to witness to my hindu brothers and sisters. Its especially hard in intellectually engaging conversations and harder in a secular setting where the world loves to hang onto ‘absolutes’ of all kinds especially science, thinking, etc. ‘except’ when it comes to morality and life where its the other way around. Of course, at the end of the day, i try not to get hung up on my own intellect and rather let the Lord and his love work through me. Moses let the Lord lead him, i am trying to let the Lord lead me. 🙂

You asked me about materials I can recommend, but I can’t think of any at the moment. When I was writing this post, I tried to find some good resources, but none that I came across went into enough detail and didn’t quote specifically from Hindu scriptures, so I had to find out all I found out doing the firsthand research myself. So you haven’t lived up to your own belief that you claim all of us should live up to. It means you don’t really believe the statement you made.
The Lord Jesus Christ is the only way, the only truth, and the only life. No one comes to the Father but by Him. “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved,” [Acts 4:12]. “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him,” [John 3:36]. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life,” [John 3:16].
You ended up at this website because God wanted to show you this truth and he knew this is where you would get it. Yes, the truth is offensive to those not living it, but your sins are offensive to God and he wants you to turn away from them and turn to Jesus, who is the only one who can take away the penalty of your sin, to cleanse you from all unrighteousness. Isn’t that what you really want? You came here wanting to find out about Jesus Christ because, if you’re honest with yourself you know Hinduism has not brought you the spiritual satisfaction that you desire deep down inside.

I have recently posted in another area of your site and have been reading your posts. I am fascinated by your knowledge and presentation of the facts. I have been recently brought to my knees by my failure to keep God and Jesus close to my heart on a daily basis. This has resulted in my search for the Truth as God wishes it revealed. My historical research bears out all that you share here in your desire to bring salvation to those that visit. You show a genuine care and respect for those you do not know, committed unknown sins or utilize a contrary belief system. This loving approach is what the NT expects of us. You are truly a gift from God in these divisive and selfish times.
I know speaking of “conspiracy theories” in America gets one labeled as a “wacko” but do you see Satan’s grasp on the world getting stronger through the move toward Globalization and the more cohesive aspect of the international “secret” and ” business” fraternal organizations, ( Masons, OES, KOC, Rotary,etc)? And what part do you feel the Catholic Church is playing in the current political and social events of today? I ask as a person raised in Catholicism but never able to understand the faith until my recent investigations allowed a deeper insight into the history and connections of the Church.

No, it’s not mind numbing to think God came as a man and the biblical evidence for the Trinity begins in Genesis. One thing one should remember about God is that he is complex and powerful and we can’t understand everything about him with our human minds, and he doesn’t require us to before being saved. I was born again along with my whole family 13 years ago, we got saved with Barry R Smith (check him out on you tube) anyway, since then everything as been full on. But now I feel both me and my family have driffted away from The Lord. We didn’t go to a fellowship with strong teaching which was a mistake. But in England there really isn’t much Christian (Born again) fellowship at all. So I was looking through the Internet cme across your page. I recently got married, and my husband grandparents were high up shriners and ose. I know all about how freemasonry in occult through Barry R Smiths teachings. But I had no know late on oes exactly. I don’t want to condemn anyone, his grandmother seems like a nice old woman, but if I brought this up to her, she would laugh it off, then get upset. I don’t feel I am in good walk with The Lord myself anymore. My family has nothing at all to do with masonary, just didn’t like it at all or wanted anything to do with it. These people are all humans made by God and they need prayer! We all need prayer, but they need guidance. Your site provides good facts from their own books, I pray this helps some dear misguided souls get out of that snare. Not everyone that reads your page will leave a comment. I’ll pray for you and your family. God hears the prayers of those with a contrite heart and your words show you have that, but he doesn’t always heal everyone for reasons only he may know. That of course doesn’t mean your father won’t be healed.
May I make a suggestion? When you visit your father, read aloud to him from the New Testament if he’s open to it and if he’s incapacitated go ahead and read to him for the amount of time you think is sufficient for that day.

I ask these questions because your approach to the “evils” of the world are a lot different than Jesus’ I do recall him taking up for Mary Magdalen (“the sinner”) when she was being called names. He was on HER side when OTHERS thought what she was doing was “sinful”. CASTING STONES physically or verbally was not his motivation. If you read some of the things you have written, honestly which side of that line are you on? He showed people their errors through kindness and loving words and deeds to follow not simply telling them how bad or wrong they were. So you can see were I am confused by you trying to help people to see the light using words that I never read Jesus using toward the people that were actually commiting the “sins”. I do remember reading of him WARNING of certain behavior. But he always seemed to be mindful of the impact of his words to the people who were commiting the sins. The goal seemed to me to be was not about making them feel ashamed or fearful of what they had done. But in awe and joy of how he saved them.With his KIND words and loving gestures. When you can embrace the “sinner” and show them the love, respect and honour as you would a “saint” thats how a soul is saved.

Theres a difference between how jesus dealt with sinners who didnt know the truth and those that knew the truth but chose to reject it anyway.

I really think you should listen to Pastor Robert Scarborough out of Richmond, VA. He exposes a lot of what goes on in churches because he was doing all that he is now exposing. He is not the average Pastor, and most church clergy and members in Virginia are against him and have attacked him in different ways for what he does. He also believes in deliverance and teaches about demonology, soul ties, etc and does deliverance during church. On “sons of God..daughters of men”
Harry…… the idea of demons mating w/ women has (for all the reasons YOU listed) been a peeve of mine .
On searching the web for a verse that said something like ” When did God ever refer to an angel as His son ?” I found your page. Havent found the verse yet but you pointed out that SETHS kids are the “sons of God”…. ( and CAINS kids- the daughters…)
Demons do not have the power to create. POSING as a human is only an illusion – or possession — does not give men DEMON DNA …..
God Himself would have had to create this mix.
ALSO— God created flesh to reproduce after ITS OWN KIND = not possible to mix spirit w/ flesh……
also…… the verse “that which is born of spirit is spirit….. etc….”
You cleared up what I thought was the reverse on the sons and daughters issue

Your article about sons of God not being fallen angels made sense to me. However, what about the giant nephillums? Did they appear as a result of tribe of Cain and tribe of seth joining? Please advise
