Why Jesus Likened the Greek Syrophenician Woman to a Dog

In the video below (released on January 6, 2020), pastor Mike Winger covers the part of Mark 7 where Christ and his disciples passed through Tyre and Sidon on their way to Caesarea Philippi. While there, a Greek Syrophenician woman kept begging them for help to free her daughter from devil possession. Jesus ended up comparing her to a dog, an analogy many Bible critics find shocking. Although Winger is using, in my opinion, a bad Bible version, his 40-minute explanation is a good one. See what you think.
