22-yr-old Khalil Abu-Rayyan of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, pleaded guilty on September 13 to misrepresenting himself to obtain a firearm and illegal possession of a firearm. He’s been in jail since February and his sentencing will be in January 2017. Authorities did not bring terrorism charges against him despite his history of making terroristic threats against a local church and local police and openly admitting he represented the Islamic State. He can get up to 10 years in prison.
