The curious cases of the gender benders

The complexities of hypocrisies are running rampant today. The Lord Jesus predicted the last days would be like the days of Noah (Matthew 24) before his return. In Noah’s days, “wickedness of man was great in the earth, and…every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually,” (Genesis 6).

singer in dragOne such complexity of hypocrisy is the blatant criticism toward genuine Christianity with false accusations of our supposed lack of scientific thought and embracing blind faith based on emotions while non-Christian critics toss out science and promote blind faith and over-indulgence of emotions when it comes to the acceptance of the sexual deviant lifestyles of the LGBT community. There’s no science whatsoever to validate a boy who “feels like” a girl or vice versa. Science clearly tells us that if a human has XX chromosomes, you’re female. Then as a second witness to this scientific fact, a female’s anatomy backs this up. Scientifically speaking, a male has XY chromosomes with a male anatomy to back it up.

Nevertheless, how dare Christians bring up this science when talking about Bruce Jenner or Jazz Jennings, because you’ll hurt their “feelings”. How dare you speak of the scientific fact that Jenner contributed his male sperm to his wives’ egg cells like all fertile men do to produce children. Don’t even think about mentioning that it’s impossible to change one’s chromosomes to become another gender when one can change one’s body parts to “feel” like another gender. That’s totally inappropriate to point out their blind faith. At the end of the day, it’s about embracing whatever makes one feel good about their sin for God-haters, whether they yell “science!” or “feelings!”

There was a time when a person who dressed up as something they weren’t would be called a fraud, a deceiver. Now fraud and deception are totally cool. And when you consider who originated fraud and deception, it becomes all too clear who is really behind the gender bending.

So how do kids like Jazz Jennings end up like him? The simple, godly answer is in Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Somewhere along the way, his parents failed miserably at this God-given task or just plain refused to do it. But now that he is at the age of understanding right from wrong, he is responsible for his own sin (Deut. 24:16; Ezek. 18:20-21).

Whenever a society has the arrogance and pride to think they have a right to strive with their Maker (Isaiah 45:9-), with questions like “What makest thou?“, “What begettest thou?“, or “What hast thou brought forth?” by gender bending, that is a society on the verge of God’s judgment. It’s one sure sign that the society is corrupt. Just look at history. Egypt (Leviticus 18:3, 22), Babylon (Isaiah 13:19), Greece, Rome, Israel (1 Kings 14:24; Isaiah 3:9), Native American societies, and more all fell from their greatness due in part to corruption that went hand-in-hand with gender bending (Source: Neill, James. The Origins and Role of Same-Sex Relations in Human Societies, Jefferson, North Carolina: McFarland & Company, Inc., 2009, pp. 83-87.) Societies given to paganism used LGBT lifestyles as part of their pagan worship.

Right before Rome destroyed Israel in 70 AD, here is what Josephus in The Wars of the Jews, Book IV, ch. IX, sect. 10, observed about Israel’s evil leaders–

…these Galileans had advanced this John, and made him very potent, who made them suitable requital from the authority he had obtained by their means; for he permitted them to do all things that any of them desired to do, while their inclination to plunder was insatiable, as was their zeal in searching the houses of the rich; and for the murdering of the men, and abusing of the women, it was sport to them. They also devoured what spoils they had taken, together with their blood, and indulged themselves in feminine wantonness, without any disturbance, till they were satiated therewith; while they decked their hair, and put on women’s garments, and were besmeared over with ointments; and that they might appear very comely, they had paints under their eyes, and imitated not only the ornaments, but also the lusts of women, and were guilty of such intolerable uncleanness, that they invented unlawful pleasures of that sort. And thus did they roll themselves up and down the city, as in a brothel-house, and defiled it entirely with their impure actions; nay, while their faces looked like the faces of women, they killed with their right hands; and when their gait was effeminate, they presently attacked men, and became warriors, and drew their swords from under their finely dyed cloaks, and ran every body through whom they alighted upon.

Yes, the LGBTs have always had a violent streak from the days of Sodom and Gomorrah up to today.

  1. Always good to wrestle with God on the hard questions. He is not at all shy about answering if you are not simply asking to justify your own positions.

Jesus said “I desire mercy, not sacrifice.” What do you do when the outcasts asks for a right that everyone else already have? You give them that right which allows them to survive a lonely life. Also listen really well of their plights instead of shouting.

Jesus said the spiritual poor will be blessed. He did not say that the spiritual poor will be clobbered as the bogey men in fundraising letters.

Not exactly sure I get the point you’re making. Who are the outcasts in your comment? When Jesus said he desired mercy, not sacrifice, it was in the context of the religious leaders imposing their misinterpretation of scripture on people who were physically hungry and picked corn on the sabbath to survive. They misused God’s word to falsely accuse the disciples of some sin they were not guilty of. Jesus quoted from Hosea 6:6 and quoted in the correct context–> “For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.” The disciples had the knowledge of God and exercised it as they picked corn on the sabbath. In the other instance he said this, he was actively calling sinners to repentance, not justifying their sins as was the accusation (Matthew 9). The LGBT community has not exercised the knowledge of God in their dealings and actively resist it in many cases, whereas Christians who oppose their made up gay rights ARE exercising the knowledge of God by calling them to repentance in whatever manner they choose by befriending them or by other means. As Christ did not defend sin, we should not either even if we befriend them. I say that just in case you were defending them.

Christians have the God-given right to oppose their gay rights initiatives, but out of love for God and them since Jesus died for all our sins. But here is how far we should take our concern for the well-being of those caught up in sin–> “19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. 20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good,” Romans 12. We don’t give them any special rights like redefining their gender or “marriage”, but if they need our help we can take care of their BASIC needs, not their luxuries.

      1. humblefisher,

So you ARE defending gays. Thanks for finally making that clear. In your post at the link above, you make a lot of assumptions that don’t line up with God’s word. As I said before, the disciples were accused of a “sin” that wasn’t a sin. They exercised the knowledge of God, so Jesus came to their defense. There’s no such thing as a “gay Christian”–a false assumption on your part. You also assume that gays will have their same-sex attractions for the rest of their lives–also a false assumption. Gays are just another class of fornicators. I’ve seen straight fornicators stop fornicating when they had a genuine come-to-Jesus conversion experience. God is no respecter of persons. If this happens for straight fornicators, it can happen for gay fornicators. If it happens for adulterers it can happen for gay fornicators. That’s the power of God.

You also falsely assume that gays must have same-sex companions for the rest of their lives, so we have to accept it as their “right.” But God allows them to marry–if they marry someone of the opposite gender. God never prohibits that. Jesus himself in one fell swoop spoke against any redefinition of marriage. God created it. He gets to make the rules defining it. Not man. The Pharisees tried to redefine it to accommodate adultery and divorce. Jesus said no. Marriage is one man, one woman–from the time they exchange vows for the rest of their lives.

Just because some in the church accept adultery, divorce, and remarriage does not mean God has changed his definition of marriage. And it doesn’t give us the right to. That applies to the false idea of gay marriage also. What God joined together–1 man & 1 woman in holy matrimony–let not man put asunder by adultery, divorce, or same-sex partnerships. Period. And Jesus said that 4,000 years after he instituted marriage at creation. Yes, the times they were a-changin’ in Jesus’ day–but God stuck by his original word.

To reiterate this, Paul by the Holy Spirit said the fornicators, effeminate, and abusers of themselves with mankind (i.e. any man who lays with another man) shall not enter God’s kingdom in 1 Corinthians 6. Then Jesus said in Revelation 21 and 22 that whoremongers (which is specifically a term meaning men who bed down other men) will not be in his kingdom. That includes if they call themselves married or not.

You’re like the Pharisees and Sadducees in Matthew 9 who implied Jesus was giving his okay for sinners to continue in their sin, when Jesus made it clear he was calling those sinners to repentance, doing so in a manner placing mercy above the sacrifice of the law which called for those sinners to be socially snubbed and/or executed. Don’t get God’s word twisted like the gay lifestyle is.

      2. That “effeminate” verse is another drive-by shooting incident. The “soft” word in ancient Greek can be translated as “morally weak”, which fit perfectly. But no, they have to translate it as “effeminate”. Who have the effeminate offended except the haters?

      3. humblefisher,

You can use whatever terminology you want to put up smokescreens and try to sound upset and indignant at anyone who dares to speak against your beloved sin of homosexuality, but the kjv translators got it right. The context determines the meaning of the words. Your argument is simply “Did God really say/mean that?” with regards to “effeminate.” Do you know who else questioned God’s words just as you have and sought to change their meaning? Here’s a hint– he made his Bible debut in Genesis 3 with the question “Yea, hath God said…?” Interesting how similar THAT question is to yours.

Your attempts to make people doubt God’s words may work on those who are weak in the faith, but doesn’t affect me since I can easily discern the spirit behind it. We know that the Greek word is correctly translated because of other ancient Greek manuscripts that use the word “malakos” for effeminate men (such as Josephus) and also the accompanying Greek word arsenokoites often accompanied the words denoting effeminate men. In English, arsenokoites is “defile themselves with mankind” or “abusers of themselves with mankind.” Quite literally it means “males who exchange seed with other males in bed.” Arsenokoites was what gay men call the dominant “top” while “malakos” (effeminate) referred to the submissive “bottom” in slang gay terminology. The Greek word “pornos” (whoremonger) referred to either one.

The “haters” label doesn’t work either. Just because someone tells the Biblical truth about the sinful lifestyle of gays doesn’t mean they hate them. Most of us are doing it because we don’t want to see LGBTs end up in hell. It’s out of love. Yelling “haters!” is the easy way out and is simply a diversion and does a disservice to LGBTs by deceiving them into going down a destructive road with a destructive end. That’s where the real hate lies.

Who have the effeminate offended? The Godhead, for starters. Woman was created for the man (1 Cor. 11:9), but “women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet,” Romans 1.

Who have the effeminate offended? The little boys they molest out of their perverted mentality. And some of those molested boys grow up to be molesters of boys themselves. And the evil cycle continues, from Catholic priests to Boy Scout leaders. Be honest. How many gays do you know that are gay because of sexual abuse when they were younger? I would bet more than you care to admit.

  2. I thought it was supposed to be fun to believe in fairy tales. “Fairy tales”. Get it? 🙂 Funny how the effeminates Josephus mentioned would plunder other people’s property. They still do that today (bakers in Oregon, etc.). I mean who died and made them queens? Get it? 🙂

    1. Javier,

I get your jokes and your points. However, I try to stay away from calling LGBTs any names they weren’t given in God’s word or that isn’t a technically true term like “homosexual”. I especially agree with your observation that they have a tendency to take what doesn’t belong to them. That mentality is why so many of them embrace socialism and fascism, in my opinion.

      1. Okay, Harry.

Sorry if I offended you by using “fairy.” I got a little carried away with the jokes. I took a look at your InfoWars link at the end of this article. What that transgender guy said to the conservative guy sent chills up my spine. I’m not a big fan of Infowars, but the video seems to be a good indication of the militant and violent mentality of some LGBT activists.
