Comparing Christianity & Islam: are they the same God?

These are some general facts for comparing Jehovah and Allah or Christianity and Islam (Islam was established about 600 years after Christianity):

  • Allah, worshipped in pre-Islamic Arabia, is the god Muhammad’s Quraysh tribe worshipped.  Allah was the moon god who was married to the sun goddess and they had three daughters–Al-Lat, Al-Uzza, and Manat.  This is why we see the crescent moon symbol in conjunction with Islam.
  • Jehovah created the heavens (including the sun, moon, and stars) and the earth.  He has always existed and clearly prohibits the worship of the moon and sun (see Deuteronomy 17:2-5).
  • Allah, according to Muhammad, is not trinitarian (Sura 5:73).
  • Jehovah is one God manifested in three persons.
  • Muhammad, who in his foolishness could not understand how God could physically have a son, denies Christ is the Son of God (Suras 6:100-101; 10:68; 19:35).
  • God’s word says Christ is the Son of God and was conceived in Mary, a virgin, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
  • The Koran says only white people will be saved on judgment day and black people will go to hell (Sura 3:106-107).
  • The Bible says heaven has people of all nations, that anyone who believes in Jesus Christ is saved, and God is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34-35; Revelation 5:9).
  • The Koran promotes violence against everyone who does not follow Allah (Sura 4:74, 89, 91).
  • Jesus told us to love our enemies and spoke against violence (Matthew 5:43-44; John 18:36).
  • The Koran says Muslims should stay away from people who don’t believe in their religion (Sura 4:89).
  • Jesus taught us to help our neighbors without regard for their background (Luke 10:27-37) and Paul implied it was ridiculous for Christians to snub unbelievers (1 Corinthians 5:9-13).
  • The false prophet Muhammad established the doctrine of “al-Taqiyya”, or “al Takeyya”, which is the idea of “concealing or disguising one’s beliefs, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions, and/or strategies at a time of eminent danger, whether now or later in time, to save oneself from physical and/or mental injury.”  This is the idea that it is okay to put on a false face or lie to your enemies as long as your heart does not change in devotion to Allah.  The tactic is used when Islamists want to present themselves as innocent and peaceful to their enemies in public, by doing social/cultural things accepted by their “enemies,” while in secret they are plotting the furtherance of Islam by various means, including violence or attempts to change cultures and laws of non-Muslims in plotting their downfall.  Even if they were to swear on a stack of Korans to do one thing, they are free to do the total opposite if it strengthens Islam.  The doctrine is taken from Sura 16:106–“He who disbelieves in Allah after his having believed, not he who is compelled while his heart is at rest on account of faith, but he who opens (his) breast to disbelief — on these is the wrath of Allah, and they shall have a grievous chastisement.,” (emphasis mine).  So they believe as long as your heart doesn’t change toward Allah, outwardly you can say or do anything to deceive your enemy.
  • Proverbs 6 tells us that Jehovah hates a lying tongue and false witnesses who speak lies.  Ephesians 4 commands Christians not to lie and to tell the truth to our neighbors.  Although there are places in the Bible where people of God mislead others, it is only done to preserve lives, not to destroy lives or violate human rights as is done in Islam.

If you would like more information about Islam, but don’t want to read the Koran, try reading The Islamic Invasion by Robert Morey or you can CLICK HERE for information compiled from various sources on Islamic doctrines and also an explanation of why Islamic leaders are so cozy with the Vatican.  Islam, whether considered “extreme” or not, is idolatry and is therefore evil.

  1. Praise is due to Allah, whose worth can not be described by speaker, whose bounties can not be counted by calculators and whose claim (to obedience) can not be satisfied by those who attempt to do so. Whom the height of intellectual courage can not appreciate, And the diving of understanding can not reach; he for whose description no limit has been laid down, no eulogy exists, no time is ordained and no duration is fixed. He brought forth creation through his omnipotence…

The foremost in religion( faith) is the acknowledgement of Him,… The perfection of believing in His oneness is to regard him pure, the perfection of HIs purity is to deny Him attributes, because every attribute is a proof that it is different from that to which it is attributed and everything to which something is attributed is different from the attribute. Thus whoever attaches attribute to God recognises His like; and who recognises His like regards him two; and who regards him two recognises parts for him; and who recognises parts for him mistook…

  2. The above comment was much longer in its original form but I shortened it enough to give highlights of the point the commenter was making. He’s actually quoting some Imam from centuries ago. Since there has been a lot of talk about radical Islamists sending code messages via the internet, I deleted most of the message just in case.

The statement claims we should not assign attributes to Allah, who is the one true God. Then the statement goes on to assign attributes to Allah like omnipotence, oneness, and purity. Even the belief that Allah has no attributes is itself an attribute. How hypocritical and contradictory!

Allah is not the one true God, he is the moon god of the Quraysh tribe of Arabia and is therefore a false god. The God of the Bible, Jehovah or Yahweh, is the one true God and he even assigns himself attributes throughout the Bible so we as human beings can know how wonderful he is and that we can get to know him personally. Jehovah interacts with his people.

The foremost of religion goes far beyond acknowledging that there is a God. Even devils believe and tremble at that fact (James 2:19), but they are forever damned. The foremost is to do Jehovah’s will, and his will is to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ to receive eternal life. In other words love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, with all thy soul, with all thy mind, and with all thy strength.

God from the beginning expressed himself in the plural, but at the same time is one–“Let us make man in our image.” One of his names, Elohim, means “gods”, but at the same time implies he is one God. I don’t understand it completely, but God in all his power and glory is much more than a man’s limited mind can totally understand.

  4. Quran, and entire muslim community consider Allah is creator of all creation. He is the one and only god and quran testifies to this for those who actually take time to read it. Quran also talks about beautiful names and attributes of God = Allah = khuda = krishna = yahva = Rab = Lord = creator. Islam follows the lunar calender as the jews do.
In preIslamic socitey Allah still was the upmost God and all other idols ere inferior to him. Prophent Muhammad came and said you do not need the Idols to pray to Allah. Throughout the human history man chosen medium to worship God and preislamic society was no different. Again please post my responses in entirety. Thanks Bahram

I was born in Iran and my persian name is Bahram. I had a brother who recenlty died of stomach cancer and he used to push me to choose an Islamic name for my self, so I asked him what he suggest and he said Mohsen means possessor of goodness in Arabic. That is to resolve any confusion.

  6. Mohsen,

You are obviously upset by my censoring your comments, but surely you understand the world we live in, so calm down. I came very close to omitting your personal information because I don’t know who may read my blog and there are plenty of people trolling the web who are full of hate. In the end I decided to include it.

Now regarding your defense of Islam, I would expect a Muslim to defend what they believe. What else is new? I am well aware that Muslims think Allah is the creator, but they are incorrect as I stated in my post above. Even if Allah is considered superior, Allah is still a false god and is not the same God who chose the Jews in ancient times and went on to call all people to his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Man may have chosen throughout history to use mediums like physical idols to worship their gods, but man is sinful and evil in his nature so this is no excuse for bowing down to Allah or any other false god. It is not wise to compare ourselves with other people when it comes to righteousness. We must compare ourselves to the standards established by the one true God, Yahweh, in the Bible. Any other book which is not in agreement with the Bible (like the Quran) only serves to keep men blind to the truth.

All of the statements I posted above can be verified if someone were to read the Quran. I clearly included the information so they can read it for themselves to see the racism, hatred, and violence Muhammad taught. I noticed you didn’t argue those points as being false. If this is what the Quran says then the Imams must be teaching this to their followers as well.
Isn’t this why the Islamic Arabs in Sudan are trying to annihilate the black Africans of Darfur?

It is a known fact that most of the people who are refugees in the world are fleeing from problems caused by followers of Muhammad.

  7. You Wrote: “All of the statements I posted above can be verified if someone were to read the Quran”

Either you have not read Quran or whomever you are quoting did not read it with pure heart. As I have read many times over and I promise you you are wrong.

    As for your other comments:

    1. Muhammad, who in his foolishness could not understand how God could physically have a son, denies Christ is the Son of God

Response: Find your answer from the sermon of Imam Ali in pervious posting. You omited the first part of that response because you did not have an answer to it. That is why I got mad.

Further your word: ………in his foolishness, how that make you happy sir if I call Jesus (pbuh) foolish. If have that sensetivity in yourself toward your sacrd believes consider as such for others and do not be disrespectful

    2. God’s word says Christ is the Son of God and was conceived in Mary, a virgin, by the power of the Holy Spirit.

First there are verses in bible that argue against your statement but as for
Quran, it affirms that Jesus pbuh(peace be upon him) had a miraculous birth and talk to people from cradle, was conceived from a virgin, the honorable Mary pbuh, however it considers the holy spirit nothing but an angel of God like Gabriel and Creation of Jesus (pbuh) like a creation of Adam as creator in that sense. However, Islam believes that all messengers of God are pure in regard to message that they are delivering from God or have been purified prior to delivering the message. Because the trust to the message and trust to the messenger are inseparable as purity and truthfulness of the message requires the purity and truthfulness of the messenger.

3.The Koran says only white people will be saved on judgment day and black people will go to hell (Sura 3:106-107).

Lets examine the actual wording of the holy Quran: On the day, when some faces would turn white and some faces will turn black, then as those whose face turn black (it would be said to them) Did you disbelieve after your believing? taste therefore the chastisement. 106 And: And for those whose faces turns white, they shall be in Allah’s mercy. In it (heaven) shall they abide. 107

First notice that God says that their faces get such coloring on that day and not prior to that. That is because it is not based on race. Second this wording of Arabic language is equivalent to English language wording of “lighten” and “darken”. The one with the lighten face are those with noor(light) as quran calls them in other verses. These people are righteous good doers from among the Jews, Christian, Muslim and any monotheistic faith. Regardless of race or ethnicity. It could also be any individual who is monotheistic in heart without any affiliation to any above religion, if circumstances prevented him to obtain knowledge in regard to a particular faith as God is Just God and his bounties and mercy is for all his creation, And those whose face are darken are the evil doer and those with a sick heart who change the wording of God to satisfy their intention without any consideration to any race or ethnicity.

Quran chapter 2 cow, vs 61
surely those who believes (any believer unspecified), and from among those who are Jews, Christians and Sabians, and astrologer, whoever believes in Allah and the Last day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord. and ther is no fear for them, nor shall they greive.

Quran chapter 49 (the chambers) vs. 13
O you men! surely We have created you of a male and a female, and made you tribes (races)and families that you amy know each other;surely the most honorable of with Allah(God) is the one among you most gaurding of his actions, surely Allah (God) is All Knowing, All aware.

4). The Bible says heaven has people of all nations, that anyone who believes in Jesus Christ is saved, and God is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34-35; Revelation 5:9).

Quran Chapter 3, vs 45: When Angels said: O Mariam (Mary) surely Allah give you the good news with a word from him, his name is the Messiah, Isa(Jesus) the son of Mary Highly positioned in this world and hereafter, among those very near to Allah.

  8. Mohsen,

    1) I don’t worry too much about what others say about Jesus, although I will defend his word in discussions if necessary. He is still Lord no matter what they say and no one in heaven or earth will change that. Neither Muhammad nor his teachings are due my respect since they are contrary to the true words of God.

    2) The only verses in the Bible that go against the facts about who Jesus is are statements that are quoted from the unbelievers in the Bible. The Bible, which is the true word of God, states clearly that Jesus Christ is God and the Holy Spirit is God, so your Quran does not agree with the truth.

    3) The Hadiths, on which all Islamic laws and customs are based, portray Muhammad as a racist who hates blacks. He calls them “raisin heads” in Hadith vol. 1, no. 662 and vol. 9, no. 256. Muhammad said if one sees a black woman in his dreams, it is an evil omen in Hadith vol. 9, nos. 162 and 163. Throughout the Hadiths, blacks are called slaves as if that is all they are worthy of.

    4) The Quran may refer to Jesus as being highly positioned, but this stops short of recognizing that he is 100% God and 100% man or that he was a man without any sin because he was God in the flesh. Again, the Quran does not agree with the truth.

  9. Muhammad pbuh by no means was racist. If such hadeeth exist is in suni publication. But he and his pure progeny. None of them can be considered racist.
As muslim, those children from Muhammad son in law and his daughter are considered to be his progeny and many of them were born from black mothers and two of his greatest companion: Bilal Habasi and Ammar Yasir are black. It also so many of his other companion. But this two are very famus in Early Islamic history for their outstanding merits.

  10. Jesus In bible: He accepts his limitation:
“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in Heaven, neither the son, but the Father.” (Mark 13:32 and Matt. 24:36) But God knows all. His knowledge is without any limitations. That Jesus, of his own admission, did not know when the Day of Judgement would be, is clear proof that Jesus is not all-knowing, and that Jesus is therefore not God.

    2. God Is All-Powerful…..But Jesus Was Not

While Jesus performed many miracles, he himself admitted that the power he had was not his own but was derived from God when he said, “Verily, verily I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do…” (John 5:19). Again he said, “I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear I judge: and my judgement is just; because I seek not mine own will but the will of the Father which has sent me.” (John 5:30) But God is not only All-Powerful, He is also the source of all power and authority. That Jesus, of his own admission, could do nothing on his own is clear proof that Jesus is not all-powerful, and that therefore Jesus is not God.

  11. I think you’re just making up excuses by trying to blame these racist Hadiths on the sunnis. Maybe you don’t know the teachings of your religion as well as you claim.

When God became flesh and dwelt among us in the form of Jesus Christ, of course he set up limitations for himself. In the form of Jesus Christ, he was no longer omnipresent so he could experience life as a man with the exception of sin. 2 Corinthians 8:9 says he was rich in heaven, but became poor when he came to earth so we through his poverty might become rich spiritually. Christ gave up many things including some of his spiritual attributes, his throne, and his godly glory when he came to earth, so it’s no surprise he was not aware of when judgment day would come.

So you see God, who is all-powerful, also has the power to limit his power if he chooses to, but that doesn’t mean he’s not God. You, like so many unbelievers, are misquoting scriptures because your naturally sinful mind cannot understand the things that are of God. You don’t have the Holy Spirit to teach you the truth, therefore you cannot understand the words of Christ, which can only be discerned by the Holy Spirit. Having eyes you see not, and having ears you hear not.

Jesus said “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” (Matthew 28:18). Therefore, he is all-powerful.

God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are all said to have raised Christ from the dead (John 10:17, Acts 3:15, Romans 8:11). These three are the one God (1 John 5:7).

In the Old Testament, God said he is the “I am” (Exodus 3:14). In the New Testament, when the religious leaders asked how it was possible for Jesus to have seen Abraham when Jesus was not even fifty years old yet, Jesus responded “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.” (John 8:58). Thus he clearly stated that he was God and the Jews knew what he was saying.

Jesus also said “I and my Father are one [the same].” (John 10:30) and the Jews knew well he was saying that he was God.

You err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.

I am weary of this discussion. It is clear your heart is hardened against the true and living God and no matter what is spoken, you will not accept the truth. So far you have argued against the truth, but you cannot refute the truth. Men have tried for centuries to destroy the truth and have utterly failed. The word of God still continues to go forth and it will last forever.

You want to worship Allah so bad? So be it, but your false god cannot save you from your sins and will not be able to save you when you face your mortality. You will find out that what you thought was the truth was just one big lie. What will you do then?

I’m going to end this discussion here. It is pointless and so if you submit any more comments, I’m not going to post them.

  13. Mr. Khan,

As a Christian who follows the Lord Jesus Christ who taught us to love our enemies and to bless those who curse us, I do not condone hatred, favoritism, or prejudice. My writings are intended to reprove (expose) the deeds of darkness with God’s truth. That means I must speak God’s truth even if it hurts people’s feelings and to speak the truth in love with the hope that someone will examine themselves, turn away from their sin if they are on the wrong path, and surrender their lives willingly to Jesus Christ.

I have done plenty of research and have acquired enough knowledge to make judgments about what is right and what is wrong. If I should consult the sources you suggest, there is still only one true God–Jehovah–and the only way to get to him is through his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, who was God in the flesh when he walked the Earth.

I follow Christ, but I am in no way implying that this makes me superior to anyone else. Everyone who walks this Earth is a sinner in need of God’s salvation and I am who I am only by the undeserving favor God gave to me by faith in Jesus Christ.

The roots of Islam have never been peaceful. This is why Christians are persecuted, sometimes even to death, in Muslim countries including your native Pakistan. Islam was spread through violence and is preserved by violence. The prophet Mohammed gathered armies to conquer the majority of the countries which have an Islamic majority. They were forced to submit or die. Now we have his followers who want to take over the rest of the world by any means necessary whether peacefully or by violence. That happens to be the truth even if you want to deny it.

I have already been successful in my search for truth since I have Christ in my life who saved me from my sins. There is no other truth regarding good religion that needs to be found. My prayer is that you will turn away from your sins and surrender to the truth in the midst of the gross darkness that has blinded you.

    With the love of Christ,

It you are true to it than you would not have put this post in the first place. Secondly, you are proving in your comments that you are a hypocrite.

But I am enjoying this war 🙂

“My writings are intended to reprove (expose) the deeds of darkness with God’s truth. ”

Either God talked to you personally or you have read all the holy books in the world like gita, puran, etc.

“I have done plenty of research and have acquired enough knowledge to make judgments about what is right and what is wrong.”

So many people have passed judgements and it is so easy to do. Every book has words and sentences which can give many interpretations. So it is left upon the believer or un-believer to pass a judgement.

“If I should consult the sources you suggest, there is still only one true God–Jehovah–and the only way to get to him is through his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, who was God in the flesh when he walked the Earth.”

Exactly as I said, you have a biased opinion about your religion. Contradicts with your previous statement – plenty of research and stuff. What a hypocrite?

“I follow Christ, but I am in no way implying that this makes me superior to anyone else. Everyone who walks this Earth is a sinner in need of God’s salvation and I am who I am only by the undeserving favor God gave to me by faith in Jesus Christ.”

Why doesnt God appear and make every one a christian. Why is HE favoring only 23% of the world population?

“The roots of Islam have never been peaceful. This is why Christians are persecuted, sometimes even to death, in Muslim countries including your native Pakistan…”

It was something like if you dont kill them they will kill you.. I have read DaVinci code which says that in order to spread christianity it suited peter and co to portray jesus as a son of god… does this mean Christianity was spread through lies..

“Now we have his followers who want to take over the rest of the world by any means necessary whether peacefully or by violence. That happens to be the truth even if you want to deny it…”

Are you talking about America… its next target is Iran! I have heard americans say that america needs a war every two years to drive its economy.. testing weapons and rebuilding.. oil

“I have already been successful in my search for truth since I have Christ in my life who saved me from my sins…”

What a special treatment Christ gave you?

“There is no other truth regarding good religion that needs to be found. My prayer is that you will turn away from your sins and surrender to the truth in the midst of the gross darkness that has blinded you.”

The truth is yet to be found… where is god..? why didn’t jesus christ say that the earth is not flat but a sphere? why did the church oppose galileo…

  16. “Neutral”,

It never ceases to amaze me how uninformed people are about the truth. As I have stated in other comments for other posts, many of the atrocities you attribute to “Christians” are actions carried out by the Vatican/Roman Catholicism which never has been, and never will be, Christian. As a matter of fact, Roman Catholic leaders were the ones who anointed the prophet Mohammed to start Islam centuries ago to help them persecute or kill as many genuine Christians and Jews as they could.

The Vatican backed Hitler and before that they backed the South in the U.S. Civil War. The Union lost so many battles because there were Northern generals in Lincoln’s U.S. army giving our secrets to the Vatican. They promoted the African slave trade. They were the ones who carried out the Inquisitions to oppose people like Galileo and to slaughter Jews and genuine Christians. They have done all of this and continue to commit such actions because they want to rule the world, forcing everyone to convert to their man-made religion.

Your comment above is full of fairy tales and half-truths. Maybe instead of wasting so much time writing such comments, you should go to your local library and educate yourself on U.S. and world history. But, of course, if you’re in a Muslim country, going to a library to find the truth won’t be possible.

FYI, Afghanistan is not being persecuted. Have you forgotten about the attacks on U.S. bases in Africa, or the first attack on the World Trade Center, or the USS Cole, or 9/11? Maybe you’ve been Rip Van Winkle for the last 15 years?

Mr. Neutral God-hater, you accuse me of not doing research when you’re the one who clearly hasn’t done any thorough research. Who’s the hypocrite now?

According to this premonition, he would have been victorious if he had substituted the imperial eagles on the soldiers’ standards with the cross, thus officially recognizing the Christian religion. ”

“On the venerable day of the Sun let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed. In the country however persons engaged in agriculture may freely and lawfully continue their pursuits because it often happens that another day is not suitable for gain-sowing or vine planting; lest by neglecting the proper moment for such operations the bounty of heaven should be lost.”

  18. In spite of what the Imam (or whatever kind of teacher he is) said at the website you listed, Allah is the moon god of Mohammed’s Quraysh tribe. Dr. Morey released a supplement to the book I mentioned in this post that provides archaeological evidence (including pictures) of this fact, entitled “The Moon-god Allah: In the Archeology of the Middle East.” Various inscriptions found in the temple of the Moon-god in the early 20th century in southern Arabia in the Hadhramaut region reveal that the moon-god Sin had the title of “al-ilah”, or “the deity”, which proclaimed him as the chief among all of the 360 gods worshipped by Arabians.

His title “al-ilah” was shortened to Allah before Islam was started by Mohammed. The cult of Allah was the predominant cult of the Arabs when Mohammed came on the scene.

As far as Constantine the Great is concerned, I’m well aware of all the things he did, pretending to be a Christian when he was a pagan. I have several posts dealing with Roman Catholicism on my blog denouncing the things he did. Although some Christians have adopted his religious routines, I, for one, have not. Genuine Christianity preceded Constantine’s changes.

The Bible speaks of Christians gathering on the first day of the week and it is also called the “Lord’s day.” This happened way before Constantine was even born. Christianity is not about following a calendar, although many Christians choose to do so. The Bible says, “Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:” [Colossians 2:16] Christians have no obligation to follow man-made rituals about what we eat, drink, or specific holidays to follow. God is not interested in such things since he is a Spirit and wants us Christians to worship him in spirit and in truth. Your argument about calendars and holy days is therefore baseless.

Your argument is that Jesus, who created the heavens and the earth, couldn’t save himself. That’s just plain wrong. He chose to lay down his life because in doing so, he provided a way for all of mankind to be saved from their sins, such as the idolatry of Islam, as a sinless sacrifice to God. Jesus said, “…I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.”

He proved that he had this power when he rose from the dead, never to die again. This is proven by the fact that his body has never, and will never, be found, unlike Buddha, Mohammed, Confucius, and other false teachers/prophets who died in their sins.

The bible that Constantine established is the Roman Catholic bible and is not the same as Bibles that are based on the Masoretic text or Textus Receptus, which are the true words of God.

I hate lies like the false doctrines taught by Islam, I don’t hate people. It’s Islam’s doctrines that teach hatred, as I pointed out in this post.

The doctrines of the Lord Jesus Christ teach about his love for all people and that he sacrificed his sinless life, dying for our sins, so that all people who believe in him can be saved since we are all created in the image of the one, true God who is Yahweh.

The New Testament (JESUS) instructs me to spread the TRUTH through peace and love, the Koran, well if you haven’t read it yet you best start. Harry, you might want to correct a small statement you stated above and I qoute,”I do not condone hatred, favortism or prejudice…” If you are like me brother I condone favortism and prejudice when it pertains to the TRUTH, Which you and I both understand is JESUS. Through the Grace of my FATHER I will always FAVOR HIS WORD and stand PREJUDICE against any counterfeit, half truth.. Now to prevent any twisting and little clarification on the use of “Stand” in my final statement does not include forceful submission of others, to JESUS, through any action I may take.

    Thanks Harry for the blog,

You’re free to start your own blog as you wish to exercise your freedom of speech, but isn’t it interesting that in most nations with Islamic governments, a debate such as ours would not even be allowed since I speak against Islam’s falsehoods?

You never mention the difference between Angels, Demons, and Ginis in your debate. This was a key factor in our comparison. We aslo went over the way Muhammad was approached by the “Angel” he thought was a demon. Later one of his relatives told him it was the Angel Gabe. So he believed him. Notice how the Angel Gabe acts to other characters in the Bible. I will write more later as my class goes on.

    1. Bahram, your claims prove nothing. The Quran came hundreds of years after the Bible was finished, so it would have been nothing for the false prophet Mohammed to copy from the Bible and that’s just what he did to legitimize his false religion. Mohammed denies that his god Allah has a son, but the Bible says “Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also,” [1 John 2:22-23]. So the Bible calls people like your prophet liars. Mohammed’s religion denies the Son, therefore this religion does not have the Father, Jehovah. This makes Islam a lie no matter how many words in the Quran were hijacked from the Bible.

Since Islam is a lie, according to the Bible, and lies do not come from the only true God Jehovah, those of us who are true Christians know that Christianity and Islam are not leaves from one tree. Jesus Christ our Lord said a good tree cannot bear evil fruit and an evil tree cannot bear good fruit. Christianity and Islam do not agree. Mohammed is not equal to Jesus Christ. Allah is not the same as Jehovah.

In closing I have two questions for you. In the Quran, Mohammed said the angel who came to him in a vision that told him to write the Quran never told Mohammed what his name was. Mohammed claims he found out later that it was Gabriel. Why didn’t the angel tell Mohammed his name? In the Bible every time Gabriel appeared, he told his name to the people he visited. It was not Gabriel’s practice to withhold his name.

Mohammed also said he trembled in the presence of the angel and fell down in fear and the angel never comforted him. In the Bible, when Gabriel visited people, he comforted them by telling them not to be afraid and he helped them up so they could stand before him if they fell down in fear. Why didn’t Gabriel calm Mohammed’s fears like he did in the Bible? Once again, this angel that Mohammed saw did not follow the practices of Gabriel.

I’ve seen to much argument about God, But what is God?

The word God is not only refer to one entity it is a description of a certain ______( I don’t know what is it, but it is a mystery)

Yes, there is only one God who created the heavens and earth and that is our Father in heavens the way our Lord Jesus Christ call Him.

    But The God(The Father) has a companion during creation;

Gen 1:26 And God said, LET US make man in our image, after our likeness:

Pro 8:22 The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.
Pro 8:23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.
Pro 8:30 Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

and of course that is Jesus Christ.

Harry, i see here actually the muslims pray and i praised them.

    They pray always means sacrifice.
although they pray openly but it does not matter it can persuade other people to pause a minute to think their creator.
Their style about religious practice which can affect the society is so strict but we cannot blame it because Jesus said those who want salvation should abandon worldly affairs.

Yes God loves verily for those free faithful believer.

Come here harry and observe and you can determine that their practice is good compare to thus people who pray in front of the idols and pray to much long like rosary.

There is a wisdom of it harry(Why it is the way it is) and i don’t know how to describe but there is…

The only way i can imagine of it is the way the Lord promise to Hagar that Ismael lineage will be preserve and ruled as a king and will never abandon just like Israel.

    1. EYES, the only reason there is argument about God is because we have people who want to make God out to be someone that he isn’t. They try to create God in their own image and are not willing to conform to his ways. So if people want to promote their false ideas about God, it is the responsibility of the true Christians, who are ambassadors for our Lord and the true sons of God, to speak the truth against their false ideas even if it leads to arguments.

Your praise for the practices of the Muslims is unwise and unholy. They worship a god called Allah who is not Jehovah, the God of the Bible. I explained this in detail in my post above with references in the Quran for anyone to check them against what is said in the Bible. And yet you leave a comment about your admiration for Muslims. The Bible talks about people who worship false gods like Allah–“They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up…”[Deut. 32:17]. The Quran clearly says that Allah is unknowable and is not personal, so he is like the Bible says–a god whom they know not. Allah was a god created by man after he rejected Jehovah, the eternal God. So Allah is a god that “came newly up” just like the Bible says.

And the New Testament verifies what the Old Testament says–“But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils,” [1 Corinthians 10:20]

God is not a “what” or an “it” as you state in your comment. He is a person, a being with whom we can have a personal, spiritually intimate relationship with. When we speak to him, he speaks back to us, sometimes to our spirit and on very rare occasions in an audible voice. Allah is not such a god. The prayers of the Muslim praying to a false god is a sacrifice that is worthless. When people follow religious practices that do not rely on knowing Jesus Christ as Lord, they are as an unclean thing and all their righteousnesses are as filthy rags in God’s eyes, according to Isaiah 64:6.

And Ishmael is not on the same level in God’s eyes as Abraham’s son Isaac. Ishmael was blessed, but it is Isaac who partakes of God’s glorious promises, which far surpass the blessings of Ishmael. Through Isaac came the Messiah and Isaac’s line has blessed the whole world. God’s covenant with Abraham was passed on to Isaac. He is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and that’s how he proclaims himself throughout the scriptures, not as the God of Ishmael. “But he [Ishmael] who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he [Isaac] of the freewoman was by promise.” Ishmael spiritually represents the sinful works of the flesh. Isaac spiritually represents the promises of God to impute his righteousness to those who believe in him.

Isaiah 64:6 speaks boastfulness and sin in short we should be humble.

    You can’t condemned them Mr. harry because they are condemned already;

Joh 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

    1. [That is the opinion of St. Paul and not conclusive.]

Paul was repeating what the Old Testament states. The fact you think this is Paul’s opinion in 1 Corinthians 10 shows that you really don’t regard God’s word. Even Peter recognized Paul’s writings as holy scripture when he said “…our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.” [2 Peter 3:15-16].

And the words that Peter writes are “a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed,” [2 Peter 1:19]. If Peter’s words are a more sure word of prophecy, then so is all of the New Testament. If Peter verifies Paul’s letters as scripture, who are you to minimize Paul’s writings as his opinion or call them inconclusive?

Isaiah 64:6 means our acts of righteousness apart from God changing us through the Lord Jesus are worthless, so stop trying to twist the meaning. Peter said those who twist, or wrest, the scriptures are unlearned and unstable.

Muslims are much like an unsaved Jew who rejects the Messiah–“For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth,” [Romans 10:3-4].

[You can’t condemned them Mr. harry because they are condemned already;]

I haven’t condemned anyone. To condemn means to pass a final sentence on someone. I have merely discerned between what is good and what is evil. This is what God intends for us to do–“Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not,” [Malachi 3:18]. When we return to the Lord, we are to discern between the righteous & the wicked. We are to discern between those who serve God and those who don’t. This is why I even started my blog in the first place and why I wrote this post.

Inconclusive to the fact that some writing of St. Paul have two pathway.

if you will misinterpret it you will become radical.

    Regarding about St. Peter verification to St. Paul writings;

St. Peter as a flesh sometimes falls into a mistake and there are some circumstances.

Mat 26:34 Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.

Mat 16:23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

I ask ordinary people here of who is Allah and they answer me it’s the God, the creator of heaven and earth.

For them Allah means God but if the inventor of this word have something other meaning.

    Then the law will apply unto him;

Mat 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

    1. The fact you think Paul’s writings have two “pathways” shows me you really don’t know God’s word, which calls into question if you even know the God of the Bible since you seem so keen on defending people who worship the devil. And of course there’s the fact that you called God a “what” and an “it” in one of your previous comments. So I think it’s safe to say you’re not one to give advice on what the Bible means since you don’t even know what it means yourself.

Just because someone misinterprets what Paul wrote doesn’t mean we should dismiss it. The Bible tells us how to test the spirits and the fact that someone’s truthful writings are misinterpreted is not reason to reject what they say.

And your pointing out Peter’s sins doesn’t detract from what he wrote either. It is historical fact that God has always used fallible sinful human beings to carry out his ministry and to write down his infallible perfect word, the Bible. God’s word is perfect because the men who wrote it down only wrote what the Holy Spirit told them to write. The Bible has been proven to be completely accurate historically, scientifically, and spiritually as I have pointed out plenty of times in other posts at this blog.

And as I quoted here before from the Bible, whoever does not have the Son, Jesus Christ, does not have the Father who is Jehovah, the one true God. I don’t care how many times Muslims such as yourself claim that Allah is the God who created heaven and earth. You people deny that Jesus is Lord and you deny that he is God in the flesh. The Bible says those who deny this are liars and do not worship the true God, Jehovah.

Mohammed was so corrupt that he couldn’t even get his facts straight in the Quran. He contradicts himself when he tells how he got the Quran. In one account he says Allah came to him as a man who he saw with his own eyes to give him the Quran [Suras 53:2-18; 81:19-24]. In another account, Mohammed said the holy Spirit gave him the Quran [Suras 16:102; 26:192-194]. But he also said a group of angels gave him the Quran [Sura 15:8]. And, of course, he also said Gabriel the angel gave him the Quran [Sura 2:97]. Obviously, the man couldn’t make up his mind how the Quran came to him. He was doubleminded and a doubleminded man is unstable in all his ways, according to the Bible.

Mohammed claimed Abraham was the first believer [Sura 6:14], then he contradicted himself and said Moses was the first believer [Sura 7:143].

The Quran calls Alexander the Great, Zul-qarnain. In its account of Zul-qarnain, it says he lived to old age. Historical records prove Alexander the Great died young. Mohammed couldn’t even get his historical facts straight. That’s just how false he was.

Historical records also prove that Jesus of Nazareth was crucified, but the Quran says Jesus was never crucified.

In the 19th and early 20th centuries, temples were discovered in northern and southern Arabia (at Hureidha) which were built before Mohammed came along with his Quran. In the temple inscriptions they found the crescent moon symbol and praises to the moon god Al-Ilah, which was later shortened to Allah. Allah is a moon god and Mohammed just took the cult of his moon god and called it Islam, making the false claim that Allah was the same as the God of the Bible. Mohammed was an idolatrous false prophet and the Quran is lies on top of more lies.

Allah is a false god and Mohammed was his false prophet.

“and of course there’s the fact that you called God a what” and an “it” in one of your previous comments”

    – What I mean it, is there are two beings present in the creation as stated in Book of Genesis, proverb and John.

But still our Lord Jesus Christ tell us that He and God (The Father) are one.

The word trinity which invented long time ago does not conforms the said situation.

therefore I conclude that the word God is a description of a certain ________.

Yes there is only one God who created heaven and earth and that is The Father in Heaven.

    About Peter verification to St. Paul writing;

St, Peter himself admitted that the writing of St. Paul is deeply in manner and hard to understand.

But the word of God is not hard to understand,

Pro 8:9 They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge

The purpose of the spirit is to remind and teach us what Lord’s law is as stated in the Book John(Four Gospel)

Therefore you can determine if that certain person is telling the word of Christ because you know it also.

because how can you test the spirit if you don’t how to test him.

    1. The words you speak continue to reveal how you lack understanding of what the Bible says and you lack understanding of the Godhead. What you really should do instead of trying to lecture me on the truth is to sit down and ask God to open your eyes as you read his word. First you try to defend people who are children of the devil who worship a devilish false god called Allah and now you continue to promote more of your misconceptions by twisting God’s word. Once again as Peter said, those who twist the scriptures are unlearned and unstable and you continue to prove it.

There were not two beings present at creation. God is the only being who was there and he manifested himself through his Spirit moving on the face of the waters. One of God’s names is Elohim and it is the word used in Genesis. It is a word that is plural and singular at the same time. God is three persons in one, not two different beings and even Proverbs and John agree with this. And God reflected this three in one concept when he made man who has a body, a soul, and a spirit in each individual human. You are without understanding.

And here you are again with your weak argument about Peter and Paul after you were embarassed by my previous comments where I pointed out the lies, contradictions, and incorrect information that is taught in your precious Quran that your unholy prophet Mohammed wrote. You say the word of God is not hard to understand, but you yourself don’t understand it. This is proven by the fact that you can’t give an accurate account of what is said in Genesis, Proverbs, or John.

Your understanding of Prov. 8:9 is misguided and just plain wrong. The speaker of this chapter was saying that the meaning of his words would be clear to those who understand what pleases God and his words are right to those who have knowledge that was given to them from God. It is not saying God’s word is not hard to understand. Even the Lord Jesus backs this up when he explains why God’s word is hard to understand for certain people–13Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. 14And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: 15For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. [Matthew 13]

And when you said [you can determine if that certain person is telling the word of Christ because you know it also] is advice you should take yourself. If you knew the word of Christ as you claim, then you would know that Muslims do not worship the God of the Bible. And you would not have made your mistaken claims regarding what Genesis says about God.

The Bible clearly tells us how to test the spirits, but your words show you don’t know how to. So answer me this question about Jesus Christ–is he come in the flesh?

    1. When I stated “God is three persons in one…” your response was “This is impossible and could not be…” So you have denied that Jesus Christ is God himself who came in the form of a man. This is the answer to my question I asked at the end of my previous comment to you. Thank you for clarifying that you really don’t believe that Jesus is Jehovah. That is how one tests the spirits according to God’s word and you didn’t pass. But I’m not surprised based on how you wrest, or twist, the scriptures. So this means every true believer in Jesus Christ can dismiss what you say.

God’s word is only understood by those who believe, which is why you can’t understand what Peter said about Paul. I already explained Prov. 8:9 in my previous comment, so I won’t here.

Gen. 1:26 is the Godhead having a conference with himself. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, who are Elohim, the three in one. “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one,” [1 John 5:7]. They are the same. They are one God. The concept of three being one is displayed throughout creation. The Earth is crust, mantle, and core, but it is one Earth. A plant seed has three parts–a coat, an endosperm, and an embryo–but it is one seed. An egg has the shell, the egg white, and the yolk, but it is one egg.

Your quotes from Proverbs 8 shows not only your lack of understanding about the Bible, but also about grammar. Proverbs 8 is a personification of the trait of wisdom that God possesses. A personification is when someone takes a thing and metaphorically represents it as a person. This is what Proverbs 8 does with wisdom. It’s not a separate being.

John 1:1, 2 is simply saying that Jesus Christ is God manifest in the flesh. Jesus of Nazareth is God who came to offer his physical body to die as the perfect sacrifice for our sins and then rose again in a physical body, not as a spirit, because he is God, having power over sin and death.

Exodus 33:20 means that man in his sinful state cannot see God in his raw spiritual essence of existence. The complete purity and righteousness of his being would kill a man, who has a sinful, impure nature.

You don’t see anything wrong with Islam because you don’t believe in Jesus Christ as the Lord God. You just consider Jesus a prophet and you doubt God’s holy word which is perfect and does not lie. You are like the false teachers of old–“Ye have said, It is vain to serve God… And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up [exalted and blessed]; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered [saved].” Malachi 3:14-15. Where you muslims rule, you go to the mosque and say prayers, but then come out of prayers to gather as angry mobs to hunt down an innocent person’s blood to shed. This is not in keeping with the commandments of the one true God Jehovah. “We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death. Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him,” [1 John 3:14-15]. Shedding innocent blood just because someone on the other side of the world burns a Quran is not a merciful act. It is cold blooded murder.

Trying to swell the Muslim population in nations where people enjoy human rights so one can impose sharia law and destroy human rights is not merciful. You are totally deceived. “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” [Isaiah 5:20].
